1. Ordering in the UK

You can order directly from the factory or through one of our expert UK dealers. Our dealers are highly knowledgeable and can guide you through every step of the process, from choosing the perfect cooker to helping with installation. Many of our dealers also have showrooms where you can view the cookers in person, and they can even arrange viewings with current customers, giving you a first-hand look at how the cookers perform in a home environment.

• Wondering which colour to choose?
  Visit our colour page, choose your preferred colours, and email us your name, address, and colour choices at info@trcookers.co.uk and we’ll send you colour samples.
• Want to see a cooker in person?
  We can connect you with a customer nearby. Click here to view locations, then email your name and postcode to info@trcookers. co.uk. and we’ll arrange a viewing with a customer.

When you’re ready to order, complete the order form and pay the £800 deposit via card, or contact us to arrange a bank transfer.

2. Ordering in Europe

You can order from the factory or through one of our expert European dealers. Our dealers are highly knowledgeable and can guide you through every step of the process, from choosing the perfect cooker to helping with installation. Many of our dealers also have showrooms where you can view the cookers in person, and they can even arrange viewings with current customers, giving you a first-hand look at how the cookers perform in a home environment.

• Want to see a cooker in person?
  We, or one of our dealers, can connect you with an existing customer. Please email your name and address to info@trcookers.co.uk and we’ll assist with arranging a viewing.

VAT (TVA) Information:

• Use the including VAT prices on the price list.
• You do not pay UK VAT. We cover the VAT for your country through our shipping agent, so the price is the same as buying from a dealer.

When you’re ready to place your order, contact your local dealer or complete the order form and pay the £800 deposit via card, or contact us to arrange a bank transfer.

3. Ordering for the rest of the world

We ship worldwide, and shipping costs are based on the nearest port. Prices listed are for the standard delivery to the nearest port, but we can provide more precise shipping quotes based on your location.

• Get a shipping quote:
  Email your address to info@trcookers.co.uk and we’ll check the shipping cost to your nearest port. We can provide a second quotation for delivery to your home.
• VAT Information:
  Use the pre-VAT prices on the price list.
  You will not pay UK VAT, but there may be some import duty, depending on your country.

When you’re ready to place your order, complete the order form and pay the £800 deposit via card, or contact us to arrange a bank transfer.
